I must say, while the physicians here were generally good, the appointment scheduling could use some assistance. For example, my appointment was scheduled for May 4th and I waited a few months but when I was 2 weeks out from the appointment, I get a phone call saying we need to reschedule because of overbooking and the next available time is June 11th. Yeah, I was frustrated. They just did that to me AGAIN, calling me a week or so out from the appointment, saying there was a "scheduling error" and then gave me another appointment, yet, another week out. Yeah, you can see where my patience is going with that. You've lost a client. I'm taking my business elsewhere. When you schedule, know what you're doing! I cannot count on you guys with my care. Then when trying to contact you guys via telephone, no one is ever available to answer and calls were never returned after leaving a message with name and phone number attached. Yes, I'm done. One less client you have, I'm out!

I was happy at first. Then they started rescheduling my appointments and my wife’s appointments without notifying us and acting like we had the wrong day when we showed up. We started keeping the appointment card then they began contacting us to reschedule appointments. This went on for 3-4 appointments. At my last appointments I explained I wanted my knee looked at, if I can have a referral for an ultrasound sound or mri and we also discussed counseling. About two months went by, multiple phone calls to no avail. No contact at all. And before that a referral for a neurologist took over a month to complete. Completely unorganized office. Will have to look for another primary. Steer far away. You will never see a doctor anyway, you will only see students who are becoming doctors. They do not tell you this upfront.

I was happy with them at first but I have been calling nonstop about needing a refill on insulin. I was never contacted about it. I understand it can get busy but I have called at least 8 times and I'm currently on one Humalog pen.

This place was great and extremely welcoming! I was greeted upon arrival and spoken to with care. I am just thankful, as time like these always needs people like y'all. SMA is 100% a family facility

I've had nothing but good experiences here so far! I feel valued and viewed as a person—not just a problem to figure out and push out the door. The provider asked me questions and really took her time to understand my situation and struggles.

My primary care doctor is amazing here. Listened to my concerns on my first visit, got my blood work done and started me on my liver medication right away! This medication for liver disease is usually thousands of dollars. With Medicaid I got it here for FREE.! So excited to cure my liver disease and live worry free.
